In 2012, Bernadette Chan retired and moved with her husband to Hawaii. In 2015, Bernadette chanced upon a hand-dyed paper collage show, which led to her interest in creating inspirational images using hand-dyed paper. From there, Bernadette extended her artistic interest into ceramics and eventually fused glass. Bernadette loves to explore and experiment with different forms, textures, and colors throughout her artwork. By sharing her artwork, Bernadette hopes to inspire others to explore their creativity just as she was inspired by an art show in 2015.
